We will launch ultra-high brightness line scan lighting. With a suitable working distance of 100 to 200 mm, the brightness exceeds 1.5 million lux. The uniformity is over 80%. It features air cooling, a fan, and natural heat dissipation. Length, color, and other specifications can be customized.
It can extract both horizontal and vertical scratches.
Conventional line scan lighting illuminates from one direction, allowing for the detection of horizontal defects in scratches, but it is difficult to extract vertical scratches. To solve this problem, we have developed high-brightness line scan lighting that can illuminate from both directions, enabling the extraction of both horizontal and vertical scratches. Custom sizes and other specifications are available.
